Guidelines For Servants Heart

I never liked rules and regulations growing up and rules are never easy to follow but the Lord has spoken to me about certain issues that affect the growth of my site Servants Heart. I pray that each member reads the guidelines and abides by them. I want this site to honor God and glorify him not be a competition to any other organization or ministry. I will not be used as an advertising tool for public use this is God's House. I want all my members happy and loved God is with us remember that.

1.In regards to RSS FEEDS I have been consulted about this and there are many issues involved like computer viruses and indecent activities attached in some of those feeds.I can not remove this feature since it came with the site when I opened it but in the past I have been informed of the information that is displayed on some and I will not tolerate insulting material or inappropriate behavior be displayed on the profiles on my site. Please respect others when you fill out your profile. If you run a business leave your web address on your profile and leave your badge memberships for other Ning sites in the Ministry Badge Group. Please abide by this request in lieu of members privacy and moral issues. Please use discernment on all these issues. I will ban a member if these guidelines are not followed.

2. This is God's House. I opened this site to glorify him and serve him in my ministry and I will not tolerate anyone upsetting any of my members with debates on forums or leave comments that bring strife among the members. We are to love one another like Jesus loves us and we represent him in our walk with him. If you need spiritual advice I have many Pastors on the site that would be glad to counsel with you.

3. All new groups and bible studies are to be approved through me. You can email me at vlegenc@yahoo.com for any new groups you would like to add here or any grievances you may have regarding this site. I would love to see more participation in my groups and discussions and bible studies. We all have a different walk with God and bible knowledge share your knowledge with others and lift up our brothers and sisters when there is a need. Please don't add any type of video or discussion that will bring strive among members or debating issues this is not a social network it is a Christian website and God's House. We are to love our brothers and sisters as Christ first loved us.

4. Please abide by the sister to sister, brother to brother counseling. I've been informed that some women can be uncomfortable counseling a brother because of the boundaries that need to be set in place. If you have a special need for a Pastor please contact Pastor Dave Jenkins for all your spiritual and counseling needs on my site. Pastor Dave Jenkins is my in-house Pastor and also my administrator and will step in anytime necessary when he sees a problem. I am always available to pray for my members and you can leave your prayer request in the Prayer Room for others to pray for you as well.

5. I am the owner/ creator of Servants Heart and I would love for everyone to read these guidelines and contact me for any questions. I will be in prayers for all these requests and I hope that my members abide by these guidelines. I don't expect everything to run smoothly but just use discernment in everything you do and say and let God lead you in all decisions. God bless you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

6. In reference to donations I ask that you refrain from publicly asking for donations or by emails to my members. If I suspect a scam you will be banned. All members are to respect other members privacy and their moral and religious beliefs. If you have a ministry display your web address and add your badge to the ministry badge group. The members may contact your ministry through that address if they wish to donate to your organization. This is not a site to promote a business this is a Christian Ministry site and I will not tolerate members who will not follow my guidelines. Scam letters from members on my site will be reported to the FBI.

I will be adding more guidelines as time allows and issues arise. Thank you for your cooperation.

Love and Hugs,
Vickie.

by faith believing that this year I will walk in God's favor

My dear brothers and sisters,
God has been faithful in the past and I trust him with today.

He has brought so many of his children through the valley.

Psalm 23
A psalm of David.
1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,

3 he restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake.

The Living Room: When Your Heart Needs a Father
by Max Lucado

"Our Father who is in heaven ..." With these words Jesus escorts us into the Great House of God. Shall we follow him? There is so much to see. Every room reveals his heart, every stop will soothe your soul. And no room is as essential as this one we enter first. Walk behind him as he leads us into God's living room.

Sit in the chair that was made for you and warm your hands by the fire which never fades. Take ti… Continue

THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE LORD

I pledge allegiance to the Lord, to the God and Creator our King; to read and live and to obey His Word, and to never omit anything.

To walk by Faith and not by sight, with courage that is robust and stout; To be led by His Spirit, His Guiding Light, to Believe and never doubt.

To put on His Armor everyday as His warrior and walk in Love; To never forget that I am His sheep, and He's the Good Shepherd above.

To Honor, Respect, and to offer Him Praise, to Exalt His Name evermore; and to never forget He's the First and the Last, the I AM of I AM'S He's the Door.

To never forget that He is my strength, and His Annointing is Power indeed; To never forget when I am weak He is Strong, for His Grace is all that I need.

To live out this pledge to the very end, and to know when that Great Trumpet Sounds; With this pledge in my hand, I'll submit to the Lord, and exchange it for a Robe and Crown.

Amen & Amen
